The "done" look is so prevalent especially in certain areas of the country where entertainment, music and fashion abound. The trickle down effect has begun to permeate the ranks of ordinary folk as school teachers, secretaries and wanna-bes go into debt to buy a piece of the American Dream that woos naive men and women into believing that they too can look younger if they just allow certain procedures to be performed.
